As part of the volunteering team in Epping Public school, I’ve been effectively coordinating with supervisors and other volunteers to complete the canteen and literacy group activities. As part of canteen services, I catered for a high volume of lunch orders by preparing, sorting and dispatching meals to students in a very short time and with no room for error. As a Literacy Group Volunteer, I help the teachers and conduct student group sessions for computer skills.As a technical support executive, I was the primary contact for supporting customer issues with Verifone Point of Sale (POS) devices. Besides troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, I also maintained relevant knowledge articles, collected and analysed customer feedback and worked towards improving response and resolution time. The role required a high level of interaction with customers as well as with other team members over call, email and chat for which I’ve demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills.
