Agile Project Manager
Current- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering both short-term sprints and long-term project objectives.- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the project on track.- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.- Remove obstacles and barriers to team success, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on schedule.- Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback to refine project requirements.- Coach and mentor team members on agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards for deliverables.- Implement and monitor testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.- Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
