Set up end-to-end operations (including sourcing strategy, productions, and supply chain) on our patented manufacturing technology and built the 15 member operations team (including hiring, and training). Saral Designs is a product driven start-up with the mission of solving critical problems in the field of menstruation, hygiene and sanitation.We have developed a fully automatic, compact machine that enables decentralized production of sanitary napkins. While decentralization cuts down the distribution costs, the automated production ensures economies of scale and product quality. These machines will be run by franchisees to boost local production and distribution, disrupting the largely under served menstrual hygiene market.
