Provide Level 1/2 support for Genesys solution,Aspect,CTI,IVR Technology, CISCOSwitchesMaintaining core components (including Genesys Database,IVR and CTI Servers, Aspect database) stability - restarts etcMaintenance records, Analyzing and resolving failures of the Genesys Applications Joining EACO calls and providing the solution ASAP depending on the severity level.Unix Production Support - Log traces analysis, Shell Scripting, servers and applications validationRouting issues where no calls / limited calls getting through or being queued Implementation / validation of patches and configuration changes Monitor the application services on the Genesys Servers, proactively identify application failures. Troubleshooting application / data related jobs Supporting the base configuration: providing configuration changes where required Meet all agreed service level commitments to businesses All critical incidents to be monitored for appropriate root cause analysis and proactive measure to control them in future Understand business requirements and deliver appropriate change within the voice technology infrastructure in a timely fashion Maintain documentation for continuous improvement and knowledge base of resolutions to common or recurring/repetitive problems. Effectively communicate with various internal and external teams for all operational support requirements. Defect Detection through HP ALM tool by recreating issues on the test server and hence take part in Application defect management cycle.Ensure 100% adherence to established processes for all requests.Giving KT to the fresher’s regarding the process and project.

Have handled issues related to Finacle Core for Banks Globally Fixing of all production issues through 24 X 7 support as per SLA timelines.Provide the solutions through customizations as per client request.Managing the projects end to end through Global Delivery Model mechanism to optimize the returns in win-win position for both our company & client and ensure that there will not be any slippage in schedule.Managing Global Help desk.Handling the technical and functional issues from banks which are using Finacle product.EOD/BOD , year end support and maintenance for banks Globally.
