Ensuring control mechanism by reviewing the current processes to avert processes gaps, identifying process loopholes by organizing meetings with the SPOCs of each department from the grass root level.Ensuring continuous interaction with customers to make sure that the areas of concerns/ presidential/nodal/banking ombudsman queries are addressed promptly (per defined TAT) for improved preset service levels and abstain further grievance queries.
