Managing and coordinating with diverse teams to plan budget, timelines, resource forecasting, UAT and project deployment. As part of the International and Specialized Healthcare Services department at Mass General Hospital, helped in day-to-day patient care management. Assisted the practice to coordinate patient care by registering patients for their scheduled or ad-hoc appointments, registering them on Patient Gateway via EPIC. Ensured complete and timely updates of patient information in EPIC and CRM tool (Salesforce). Coordinated with corporate liaisons to ensure contract validity and membership eligibility. Lead new account enrollment projects to onboard newer members into the practice. Assisted in finding ways to improve the process to enhance patient experience and improve productivity.

Started as a PCWD Intern (Partners in Career and Workforce Development) at Partners HealthCare. As an intern, we attended sessions that aimed at training us to get us employed at Partners or any of their affiliates. Assisted in the Diversity and Inclusion Division of Mass General Hospital. Maintained the Alumni roster and updated the same after extensive research. Reached out to various external medical organizations with regards to seminar and conference information.

Assisted in the Pre-K classroom. Ran small groups with children as per the lesson schedule. Ensured that the classroom instruction and safety was upheld in accordance to the school policy.

Swati worked as a Substitute teacher at the schools. She filled in for teachers, aides whenever required. The work involved teaching children in Kindergarten, 1st grade and sometimes pre-school. Has the experience of working with children with special needs as well. Even though this was a paid position, it was her way of giving back to the community.

Conducted face-to-face tax preparation and filing (1040 EZ) with clients directly. Answered calls, scheduled appointments and conducted proper follow-up. Acted as a liaison to clients, clarified tax information and provided the assurance that all information was kept confidential. Utilized Excel-based reports for daily and weekly tax return data and goals.
