 Communicating with Buyer for routine correspondence and update respective department about progress of their orders To update buyer requirement like styling details, fabrics, trims, garment fitting and to provide the product accordingly Providing new developments to buyer in terms of garment styling, embellishments along with competitive pricing and keeping its progress track till order confirmation To plan, Monitor and access orders from the very initial stage right from costing, order confirmation, fabric procurement to shipment of goods To follow up with different vendors for confirmed orders and new developments as well along with costing Providing buyer with new developments every season keeping in view the Brand’s requirements and its interest To provide buyer costing of product and for new developments and negotiating the price for same to ensure mutual profitable business by achieving financial targets Maintaining weekly order status reports Maintaining various samples sheets /charts as per Brand’s requirement like Costing charts, sample charts, Fit status sheets ,stock chart etc Working out T & A as per the garment deliveries required

 Preparing season specific ranges and developing products per buyer requirements Proto sampling & sales sampling Shipment planning, Execution Timely delivery Negotiable & follow up with vendor & accessories supplier Regularly updating the buyer about production status & seeking approvals for various styles Ensuring product development & objective based sampling as per buyer’s specifications Coordinating with production deptt. & updating them about various approvals received from buyer to ensure timely delivery Developing a detailed time & action plan, & regularly monitoring the same through weekly status Coordinating with quality assurance team to ensure timely & routine inspection at different stages of production
