Silvan Innovation Lab’s IoT product attracted customers starting for Individuals, Builders, System Integrator and Partners. As a Business Development Head at Silvan, I lead team of 12 drive Silvan Business in to B2B, Enterprise and Partner Development. My contribution impacted 80% of year to year Silvan’s business. My effective interpersonal relationship is key contributor that drove Sales and Marketing team Silvan to achieve goals. SnM team members need direction, guidance and support to be successful. Mentoring and energizing team members is my passion. My zeal to learn and grasp of new technology made it easy to win B2B and Enterprise projects in technical merit. Effective sales combined with in depth knowledge in the subject made customers feel comfortable talking to me as single contact point. Understanding and analysing, market dynamics, government policies and collective behaviour help me to predict trends and hence shape Silvan business strategy. Responsibilities handled as DGM• Reporting team comprises of 50+ Engineers and Field Engineers• Led the team to ensure New Circuits Commissioning and ensure quality Maintenance of Existing circuits• Driving Fault Isolation in circuits & Fault Attending Installation & Integration of New Equipments with the network• Managing coordination between various local agencies like BSNL, Airtel, Tatatele for local and National Loops and with International agencies like ATT, Sprint, British Telecom, Worldspace, Singapore Telecom, Telstar Australia • Training and Development of Staff Technical Contribution• Conceived, Designed, Developed and deployed Online Portal for Customer Complaint Management for International Leased Lines. • The Portal which was locally developed in Bangalore by the team and was later adopted by all other Branches of Tata Communications VSNL in India.• 500 active customers of international leased lines were moved to new building as part of shifting office to new location.
