Banking:• Hands on experience in handling sales of all banking products along with customer service, audit and compliance.• Ensuring quality service to all the customers and providing the adequate resolutions to the queries within the designated TAT (turnaround time), also responsible for branch audit and compliances.• Ensuring that all the processes followed by the branch are adhered to as per the laid guidelines of audit and compliance (RBI, Income Tax, Professional Tax).• Handling the branch team of 12 members wherein all sales and operation works are being taken care of.• Ensuring increase in productivity of all branch staffs on monthly basis in terms of CASA nos., CASA value, Liability and Asset products and fee products.• Guiding and monitoring all branch staffs on increasing their sales skills. • Complete knowledge of various Bank Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds. Cross-selling bank products like Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Gold, mutual fund, insurance products, CASA.• Complete knowledge of various asset products also like Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan. • Increasing the ERV base by engaging with existing customers on regular basis and ensuring customer stickiness with the bank on long term.• Also increasing the new customer acquisition base on monthly basis and pitching asset and fee products to the customers for long term relations.
