client Handling:Handling leadership, diversity, senior/mid-level assignments for Non- IT clients (finance ,energy,healthcare/wellness, solar) in India and abroad.Handling end to end recruitment process.perform market & competitor analysis based on the client requirement.Searching for the right candidate through various means - Headhunting, Database, Networking site, references, job portals (naukri.com ,LinkedIn ,bulk emails).Understanding client organisation & requirement. preparing job description-mapping down position specific competencies.Shortlisting & Discussing with the candidates about the job requirement of the client.candidates evaluation.Interviewing candidates for a through assessment.Screening the candidates based on the candidates interest skill set matching the job requirement & collecting the necessary details of a candidates; reviewing the same and sending it to the client.Post client approval ,Scheduling the interview for the candidates.Interview coordination with candidates and client.Offers & benefits negotiations .Participate in post recruitment activities- complete administration of mandatory legal documents.Create & maintain candidate / corporate MIS trackers for reference.
