* Restructured the approval flow in On-Premise Contracts, which had been regularly receiving customer complaints. Understood the requirements of the flow and implemented it so that the flow was consistent and easy to understand. There have been almost no complaints from customers about this flow after the re-implementation.* One of the main Engineering contacts for the Ariba Contracts on Force project (Ariba contracts on the Salesforce platform). Solid track record of writing very high quality and memory-efficient as well as runtime-efficient code with comprehensive testing.• Successfully delivered a strong support for Parallel Synthesis – where multiple partitions of a design are synthesized in parallel using multiple processors. Debugged and solved several IPC and synchronization issues. Parallel Synthesis reduced the synthesis time by up to 43%.• Planned and implemented the support for “safe” state machines, where the software creates extra logic for a state machine to recover gracefully and deterministically from an illegal state. It has been very helpful to users designing a highly reliable and robust system.• Completely redesigned and re-implemented a 7000 line module that had been a source of lots of issues before. The module has been very stable and more efficient since the redesign.• Designed and implemented a database system using the Singleton design pattern, and an efficient algorithm to report processing information to the user. This report has been extremely useful to users trying to debug complex designs. This algorithm resulted in a patent disclosure.• Assumed a lead role in a cross-functional team to plan and implement a highly requested feature. This project prevented numerous customers from migrating to the competition, saving the company multi-million dollars in revenue.• Analyzed and fixed numerous issues in the code base in a timely manner.
