Key Responsibilities:•• Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources / Job Portals (viz. Naukri.com, Monster.com, Timesjobs.com), through referrals and Job posting.• Short-listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.• Coordinating with concerned hiring managers for feedback and communicating the same to the candidates.• Conducting campus Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.• Rolling out their Offer letters, conducting joining formalities and Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.• Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment. New HR Policy roll outs and other HR communication.• Developing/updating and implementing reward and recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.• Coordinating with technical and business managers to identify, interview and select qualified candidates aligned to business needs.• Conducting background verification (employment verification).• Employment History Verification: Pre or post-employment screening is vital for maintaining workplace safety.• Preparing various letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, assisting accounts department in payroll management, disbursement of salary slips.• Planning and Implementation of various employee engagement activities• Employee motivational and Interaction programs• New HR Policy Roll Outs and HR Tools Session.

My responsibilities involve-• Revising and updating the policies after discussing the changes and requirements with the respective GEO HR and the department SPOC.• Assisting the employees in their queries related to policy portal.• Uploading new policies on the portal.• Maintaining various documents required by the audit department for various audits for the employees deputed onsite.
