• Identifying the potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media like Naukri.com, IIM Jobs.com and professional platforms like LinkedIn).• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.• Screening the potential candidates through the Telephonic Interview, Technical Reference Check and experience assessments.• Shortlisting and selecting the candidate in the Preliminary rounds and briefing the candidates about the job.• Prepare and distribute assignments.• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.• Maintaining database of employees and send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board.• Interacting with the hiring manager to understand the Job Requirement and create a Job Description based on the same.• Follow up with the department concerned and candidates for Interview, salary negotiation and joining formalities.• Conducting background and reference checks when required.• Maintaining the database of the candidates.
