The two-month project provided hands-on experience in mainly four dimensions under the Human Resource Department. These included Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Background Verification, and Recruitment.This was an enriching experience for a Human Resource Professional also a definite value addition in the corporate experience. A major reason for the successful completion of the same was the ever so supportive fellow interns, Team Leaders, and the Concerned Coordinators.
