Job Responsibilities: - • Ensure timely and smooth Trust activities i.e. PF Gratuity Management.• Ensure timely and accurate payment of all statutory dues• Liaisons with payroll vendors for the queries, payroll output etc. • Preparing monthly MIS, scrutinise and sharing with stakeholders• Managing Statutory Compliances• Handling PF, Gratuity related matters.• SAP accounting• Ensuring PF Nomination, PF-Withdrawal and PF-Transfer are handled smoothly• Co-coordinating the issues with the PF consultant & EPFO • Guiding Employees filling the claims• Audit • Resolve complaints/queries on request• Creating payroll procedures.• Involved in Portal creation with IT related to HR & Payroll

• Checking & Booking of packing material bills,• Coordinating with Treasury and Buying teams.• Packing Material ageing analysis• Batch creation and releasing payment• Raising advances against various payments• Monitoring and Settling advances while regular bill booking.• Preparing various reports for Internal as well as Statutory Auditso Plant wise Stock statuso Top Ten materialso Outstanding Advance Report• Deposit entries related to by product sale, scrap sales.• By-product ageing analysis – Debtor Reconciliation• Reconciliation of accounts with PM suppliers including advances• Outstanding are taken weekly, fort- nightly & forwarded to the Commodities dept.• Ensuring monthly excise booking.• GL accounts clearing( GRIR & other provision)• Ensuring usage of Correct Tax Codes in SAP in compliance with Various Rates of Service Tax, VAT/CST• Application of Various TDS Codes in SAP during Invoice Booking to enable compliance with relevant Sections, Rates of TDS under the Income Tax Act

• Checking & Approving Vendor bills with Purchase Order, • Responsible for deducting TDS.• Coordinating for vendors, Area sales officers and logistics dept.• Checking & Booking of Transporters Bills and C & F Invoices.• Checking & Booking of Medical bills.• Making Provisions of related Exp.• Checking of TM claims on the basis of monthly sales and scheme run in the market.• Issuing Credit notes against claims, Stock distraction report (SDR), Breakages (BIR), quality verification report (QVR), and Goods return Note (GRN).• Making Bank entries in the system JDE.• Making exposure of wholesaler against chq. Bouncing.

• Checking & Approving Non Negotiable Document with Purchase Order.• Coordinating for Foreign Vendor Payment with Banking Department.• Checking & Booking of Clearing House Agents Invoices.• Checking & Booking of Freight Forwarder Invoices.• Forwarding All Service Tax relating document to Excise Cell for Avail meant of Service Tax.
