Responsibilities: • Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the USA through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing. • Sound Knowledge about w2 and Corp 2 Corp / H1B• Good Knowledge of Technical and Functional skill sets useful to screen the resumes• knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends• Preparing quality summaries of a person’s skill set and personality strengths.• Preparing and formatting resumes; conducting reference checks. • Negotiating pay rates. Perform reference checks on all possible candidates.• Up-keep of candidate relationships.• Identify proper selection of Consultant's skills to open requirement. • Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements • Follow Company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all Consultants.• Responsible for getting the consultant’s information (Name, Location, DOB (MM/DD), SSN, References etc) which can be loaded in to the Client Online Tracking systems.• Full desk responsibilities of maintaining ongoing load of job requisitions and managing job postings on internet job boards, internal resume database, and candidate hot list.

Responsibilities: • Involved in core marketing bench consultants by posting their resumes on job boards (Dice, Monster, Net Temps, Career Builder, Corp-Corp and Hot Jobs etc.) and through personal network, third party vendors list.• Building new database through cold calling, from social sites on daily basis, Circulating HOTLIST to them to get more visibility to the consultants available on bench.• Interacting with clients, submitting candidates for appropriate requirements and schedulinginterviews for the candidates. Achieved quality placements marketing our own W2 consultants• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment• Involved in End to End in US International Recruitment Process.• Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions• Responsible for full cycle of end to end recruitment.• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients• Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements• Collect sort and distribute mails• Support our team during walk-in’s at the client end.• Maintain the Database of the profiles screened and submitted.• Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements.
