• Handle student walk-in inquiries and provide course information to students• Handle and follow up with all leads and counsel them to enrol for suitable training course • Regularly sync with the Trainer on high-level course content and common student questions in order to be more independent in the enrolment process. • Guide students through the admission and enrolment process • Conduct initial student assessments (ELAT) and share test results with the Centre Manager• Maintain relationship with student’s parents to ensure placement and successful course completion• Collect the fees from the students, issue online cash receipts and hand over the cash to the Centre Managers on a daily basis• Follow-up with students & parents on student absenteeism and interview attendance• Update records in internal software [Blueshift] and ensure the information accuracy• Update software on receiving the training material at the centre • Work with MIS and maintain there all activities and stock
