Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment for permanent and temporary positions in both IT (Tech) and Non-IT roles for an e-commerce platform.• Responsible for Handling recruitment of mid-level to senior-level positions including identifying talent from the market using strategic sourcing techniques, social media networking, advanced Boolean Search techniques and complex Internet search tools, initial screening, scheduling interviews with Business Heads, pre and post-employment formalities. • Managing all phases of Managing all phases of recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, sourcing timeline, candidate screening, reference check, internal assessment, negotiations, sending the offer. • Work directly with many Hiring Managers, Account Managers, and Directors to qualify the requirements in order to find the ideal candidates • Work directly with many Hiring Managers, Account Managers, and Directors to qualify the requirements in order to find the ideal candidates Collaborating with the Vendors for requirements in order to close the positions • Ensuring successful recruitment through self-sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, employee referrals, internal job postings, and stakeholder/vendor management. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination, candidate briefings at all levels, drafting offer letters, obtaining managerial approvals, issuing conditional offers, and preparing official offer letters. • Non-IT roles include Marketing Executive, Account Receivable, Circle Legal- Contracts & Documentation, Circle Planning Manager, Zonal Project Manager, Warehouse Manager, Indirect Procurement ( IT/Non IT ), Area Operation Manager (O&M), Sales Associate, Project Manager and permanent positions with Client Like Indus Towers, ESRI and Technical Associates Ltd.
