Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination, candidate briefings at all levels, drafting offer letters, obtaining managerial approvals, issuing conditional offers, and preparing official offer letters. • Non-IT roles include Marketing Executive, Account Receivable, Circle Legal- Contracts & Documentation, Circle Planning Manager, Zonal Project Manager, Warehouse Manager, Indirect Procurement ( IT/Non IT ), Area Operation Manager (O&M), Sales Associate, Project Manager and permanent positions with Client Like Indus Towers, ESRI and Technical Associates Ltd.
