CurrentOperations & Strategy:• Direct company operations, driving scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and support growth• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives aligned with long-term goalsFinancial Management:• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and spend allocation, ensuring fiscal health and sustainability• Manage monthly client billing, optimizing procedures to improve accuracy and reduce outstanding payments• Lead accounting processes, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and regulatory complianceCompliance & Legal:• Manage compliance initiatives, from insurance procurement to policy and handbook development, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards• Collaborate with legal counsel to draft, review, and update contracts, employee documents, and critical agreementsHR & Recruitment:• Develop and implement recruiting SOPs, streamlining hiring processes and improving candidate experience• Lead benefits design and rollout, including health insurance and retirement plans, to attract and retain top talent• Launch and maintain an employee recognition program, fostering a positive workplace culture and improving retentionCompany Culture & Events:• Organize events such as monthly coworking days, quarterly team-building activities, biannual company parties, and annual client appreciation events to strengthen culture and relationshipsGovernment Contracting:• Establish the company’s foundation in government contracting by completing registrations (e.g., SAM.gov) and initiating certifications (e.g., small business, minority-owned)• Oversee proposal development, compliance, and client relationships to secure and manage government contracts
