- Deliver a Information security program for Bangalore and India in accordance with the global information security strategy - Adapt the Information Security Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines to meet the local regulatory, legislative and statutory requirement and report any inconsistency to the hierarchy and the Global Chief Information Security Officer (Global CISO) - Enforce locally the Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines to meet the SG security level requirement - Perform Policy and SLA compliance audits, SAS70 audits organization-wide- Coordinate the investigation, resolution and reporting on security incidents and exposures - Liaise with law enforcement authorities and internal/external regulatory authorities and follow up any resulting recommendations - Develop, implement and perform a local information security awareness program Create a Dashboard on the local information security implementation (actions and indicators) - Define and communicate the information security compliance reporting in line with the global permanent supervision program - Represent the country on internal and external committees that relate to information security - Define and communicate the information security compliance reporting in line with the global permanent supervision program - Develop Operational Risk Management Program, consistent with the Global Guideline - Conduct/Review assessment of BCP needs and risk associated - Manage BCP implementation, facilitate Business Impact Analysis, drive the BCP/DR implementation and testing based on needs specified in the BIA
