I am an Acupuncturist and a holistic Therapist by profession. I have served the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Worked with sports professionals helping them heal there injuries with multiple holistic modalities like Acupressure, Acupuncture,, Cupping, Marma Therapy, Colour Therapy, number Therapy, Seed Therapy, Auricular Therapy, Batch flower, and Aroma Therapy.I was born in New Delhi the capital of the country and went to the most prestigious school in the country. PRESENTATION CONVENT SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL run by Christian missionaries. Immediately after finishing school, I took admission in University of Delhi to persue my graduation.During my school and college years, I actively participated in sports and developed a keen interest in health and fitness realizing the challenges players and athletes face while playing such as injuries, recovery, and rehabilitation which persuaded me to learn different modalities of treatment and healing sciences.I have been treating people for injuries and illnesses with alternative therapies like Acupressure, Acupuncture, Cupping, Marma, Gua Sha, pnst, Number Therapy, Colour Therapy, Seed Therapy, Magnet Therapy, Batch Flower Therapy, Auricular Therapy, Aromatherapy and many more.My observation over the years, due to hectic works schedule and no work-life balance lot of people are losing their basic health. Healthy lifestyle it is the need of hour. It is my deep aspiration that all companies to become health-oriented rather than target oriented as there is a popular saying a healthy body can have a healthy mind my opinion is any other department like human resource Finance in a multinational company there should be a health and fitness department where it should be mandatory for the employed to record their health and fitness levels and if required appropriate guidance to be provided for the well being.
