 Heading Southern Region for all products Responsible airlines are Korean Air Cargo, Air China Cargo, FlyDubai, China Airlines and Ethiopian Cargo Primary Responsible for Sales, Operations and Resource Management for the Southern Region with complete top-line and bottom line responsibility Responsible to meet or exceed customer expectations in all areas, including communication, reporting, problem resolution and opportunity development Responsible for communication with various airlines principles Responsible for business plan targets and driving the team to meet or exceed the target Revenue Management & General Administration Back up support for other ancillary products within Group  Support Head office for new product launch

 Handling Major Key account clients Nokia (Air Outbound), Nokia Siemens Networks (Air Outbound & Inbound), Tyco Flow Control (Air & Ocean Outbound) and Pfizer (Air Outbound) Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within client organization Conduct detailed and effective implementation programs Supporting Operations on Carrier planning as per clients requirement Cross selling; explore more areas of revenue with the existing customers Conduct client satisfaction surveys, analyze results and give feedback
