In this role, I work with the Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to design and build solutions to meet the needs of the business.As Lead Technical Architect, I gathered requirements and designed the Work.com system (based on Salesforce) to support the company's Return to Work program after the COVID lockdown. I trained teams on the use of the Force.com platform as well as shift management using the Work.com application.I also designed the Service Cloud and Community Cloud in Salesforce for use by Human Resources for recruiting. For this project, I gathered requirements, led design and development, and led the migration from Jira to the new platform, building rules in the Salesforce system.I maintained responsibility for designing forecasting and pipeline management processes in Salesforce for the Sales organization. I developed an entirely new tool within the Salesforce platform, including design documents, user flows, and integration within internal Twitter systems.

I was hired from college to serve in contributory and lead roles on J2EE, J2ME, and Salesforce projects.I designed and developed a Salesforce application on the Force.com platform to support National Grid in responding to electricity supply and demand challenges on its distribution infrastructure in the UK. I directed another project to build the solution architecture for an application for Celcom for lead and opportunity management. This enabled partners to register deals, request marketing funds, and access information. I also built an online ticketing system in Salesforce.com, enabling companies to view and generate customized user information reports. This involved migrating data from three legacy systems into Salesforce to serve as a single source of truth in a unified database.
