Seasoned professional with a passion for IT and healthcare, I have provided clinical system support, implementation, and customer service for the Cerner Physician Track at large healthcare organizations. I enjoy working independently and with a team of IT professionals to deliver solutions that enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.Since 2016, I have contributed to successful projects to include Cerner CPOE Application implementations and the AGILE Team Analysis workflow improvements. I've earned certifications in Cerner and Nextgen, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in these systems. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology from the University of Arizona Global Campus and studying to become certified as a Scrum Master, Data analytics and IT support. However, I've obtained an associate degree in computer technology from Midlands Technical College. I am a skilled multi-tasker, a problem solver, highly motivated and a lifelong learner.
