Samuel W. Croll III is the Chief Executive Officer of Croll Reynolds Company, Inc and CR Ocean Engineering, LLC.Croll Reynolds is an engineering company specializing in the design of process vacuum systems. CR Ocean Engineering designs systems for the remediation of sulfur dioxide from the exhaust gas of ocean-going ships. Both firms supply equipment and engineering services worldwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Croll was with the law firm Barnes Richardson & Coburn, New York, where he specialized in international trade. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and has been admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Croll co-chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Yale Divinity School and serves on the Advisory Council of the Hastings Center Bioethics Research Institute. He is Trustee Emeritus at Skidmore College and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Newark Academy. Mr. Croll serves on the Board of Directors of Mazda Controls Ltd., Ahmedabad, India.
