My goal is to help individuals and organizations realize their potential authentically – without feeling pressured like they have to mask parts of themselves internally or externally. My passion is to empower people to cultivate and lead equitable, supportive, and inclusive spaces which keeps me busy. Launching Social Responsibility Speaks in 2020 and SWC (Speaking with Conviction) Speaks in 2013, I focus on how to facilitate tough conversations and inspire agents of change to ensure everyone’s needs are met. - I weave in the topics of equity, inclusion, justice, accountability & belonging into everything that I do.- I design research-based learning and development (virtual, in-person, and hybrid) content that is informed by data supplied by clients when available.- I empower and embolden clients and participants to be agents of change who engage in root cause analysis to get to the core of issues, not just treat symptoms.- I believe in my core that leadership development, emotional intelligence, and personal authenticity is necessary when modeling the way to improve the cultures of global companies, non-profit organizations, colleges/universities, and US college fraternities and sororities.When I’m not on the road or with clients, you’ll find me on a beach, in an OTF class, playing dominoes, or relaxing with coffee and learning something new (podcast, book, or article).
