Division President - ColoradoTrumark Homes Jul 2021 - Jul 2023Colorado, United StatesLed the 1st organic startup of Trumark Homes in Colorado as Division President in July 2021 for Daiwa House Group. The team hosted board member trips from Japan, opened headquarters in the DTC, leveraged relationships with Colorado Land Developers, hired and mentored an experienced team of 32 employees and designed multiple new product lines within the first 12 months of launch.Four Model Parks were built in Northern Colorado including Raindance National in Windsor, Co. The acquisition of Summit @ Castle Pines Village priced $2.1-$2.6m kicked off the 2nd MSA and 1st luxury community in Douglas County. Sterling Ranch, a sought after MPC in DougCo achieved favorable loan committee approvals for two product lines, including rear-load “duets” from the $600’s. Dawson Trails and Tanterra in Parker and Castle Rock in DougCo also achieved LOI approvals & support from land sellers.Over the two year start-up period, the division acquired (owned and controlled) over 500 lots with 2,000+ future lots under negotiations with land owner/developers. Land strategy positions Trumark Colorado to achieve a Top 10 Zonda Homebuilder ranking by Starts/Closings within 3-5 years of launch. -
