• Successfully created a country report on Gender mainstreaming on Nepal's pedagogy from 1995-2020 for Global Education and Monitoring report 2020.• Identified and documented the baseline situation of the education institute, teaching and learning materials for educating children (especially female) up to higher secondary level in schools from 1995 till 2020;• Scrutinized both supply-side issues (learning environments) and the demand-side issues (attitude, beliefs, finances) in close coordination with Curriculum Development Center, Ministry of Education, among others;• Evaluated the changes (from 1995-2020) in Nepal's education sector (especially in teaching and learning materials) using qualitative and quantitative research method;• Reviewed several documents and conducted more than twenty key informants’ interviews to identify the specific measures required to further mainstream gender inclusive education system and the wider legislative and policy environment needed for this

• Drafted a Policy brief on 'Improving Women's Access to Finance in Nepal for their Economic Empowerment' and submitted to National Democratic Institute (NDI) Nepal;• Liaised with the leaders of political parties to gather information/data and build a collaborative working relationship;• Analyzed the available data and developed policy recommendations particularly on the local level for the NDI advocacy campaign;• Facilitated an insightful session on Women Mentorship Program conducted by NDI. More than 100 women political leaders from seven different provinces of Nepal had participated.

• Served as a liaison between the UNDP, various international organizations and universities to conduct various program based on sustainable development goals for 1500 delegates during the Youth Assembly conference at the United Nations headquarter in New Year;• Executed strategies to conduct youth-based seminar at the World Bank, Washington DC; International Monetary Fund, Washington DC and Permanent Mission to the UN, New York;• Liaised with Cornell University, Columbia University, New York University, Sacred heart university, University of Bridgeport and Fordham University for college fair and mentorship events for the international and national delegates;• Supervised seven registration interns and twelve volunteers to maintain updated participant information and developed an accurate estimate of the number of attendees and countries represented.

• Evaluated applicant’s academic credentials (GPA) to measure aptitude applying mathematical equations, maintained student applicant records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP recruiter system;• Inscribed accept and reject mails to prospective student applicants updating them their application status, counseled student walk-ins regularly resolving their queries relating to the admission process;• Supervised & trained the subordinate personnel for understanding the key responsibilities and work ethic, fostered as an orientation leader to welcome new students at the university each semester.

- Effectively managed the applications and inquiries of five thousand delegates from ninety different countries to organize accommodation, special events, transportation and giveaways for delegates participating in the conference;- Worked closely with the UN officials, International Organizations and Universities for successful seminars and workshops for national and international delegates;- Advocated the importance of sustainable development goals among the youths from ninety different countries;- Promoted to the position of a Registration and Outreach Associate for the 2017 Summer and 2018 winter term Youth Assembly project at the United Nations

- Facilitated literacy training for adolescent refugee girls affected by Gender Based Violence and human trafficking;- Advocated the dangers of anti-human trafficking and resulted in more than 300 people events;- Organized capacity building workshops for women and children refugees to prevent Gender Based Violence including rape and domestic violence;- Increased community awareness of internet dangers by building an alert system for community members through Social Media;- Coordinated the consulting work with the professional attorney who provides legal support for newly arrived refugees affected from the war.
