Davinder Kaur is one of the founding members of SWEDA and has been involved with the organisation since its inception in 1989. She served as a Director on SWEDA’s Board of Management for nearly 10 years before joining SWEDA’s Management Team as a Staff member.Davinder has built her career from extensive experience in managing commercial companies (operating in Retail, Wholesale, Import and Export sectors) in the UK and Western Europe. She is a fully qualified and experienced business adviser and for over 15 years has been managing Voluntary/Community Sector Organisations in the West Midlands.
