Telemarketing Executive
CurrentDevise Singapore is a start-up local business consultancy firm that specializes in helping Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to secure some capital for their business needs. I applied for the job as a part-time venture and was able to learn a wide variety of skills from this job. The work arrangement is hybrid and give me a flexible schedule with the option to work-from-home or in the office.- Reaching out to potential businesses to filter from a list of leads provided, narrowing a list of 1000 contacts to a range of 100 - 150 potential businesses for Devise's marketing agents to follow up with- Utilizing business communication skills to get the point across to businesses within 1-minute calls (elevator pitch), being as concise and direct as possible, while establishing rapport with receivers- Answering potential customers' enquiries regarding the services Devise offers and pitching to businesses the idea of the business, speaking in different languages (English, Chinese and Hokkien primarily) to cater to the receiver's language spoken- Logging results into an excel sheet in the succinct way possible for easy comprehension, as well as to notify my supervisor as soon as possible whenever there is an interested client
