Project-manage the localisation of Sybase product which includes software, technical manual, and packaging box, for sale in China, Korea and Japan. Work collaboratively with the world's renowned translation companies to localize and test products before sign-off for production.

Account service and project manage the creative development, production and delivery of all marketing collaterals for Hewlett Packard (Asia Pacific) print peripherals Marketing department. Work collaboratively and directly with freelance designers, and printers to secure best price for the project. Monitor and report project progress to the client.Materials produced include:- product leaflets- sales brochures- promotion kits- standees- hanging mobiles- posters- training kits

Check and report discrepancy of the materials submitted by the client to ensure they are press-ready for production. Work collaboratively with many internal stakeholders - such as pre-press, scheduling, production and distribution colleagues, to schedule the job for print, and communicate progress to the client. When a complaint arises, investigate and resolve issues with the client directly.
