I worked with Leadership to select a new Unified Commerce platform rooted in MACH principles (Microservice based, API first, Cloud Native, and Headless), Toshiba ELERA. I gathered all requirements for checkout and worked with the Retail Engineering Manager to develop the Sprint Plan in accordance with the store opening timeline. I negotiated across various engineering team leads we were dependent on to ensure delivery could be met. I set up the appropriate Agile ceremonies to help keep the Retail Engineering team on track, as well as a weekly touch base across all engineering teams whom the program was dependent on. The first store- the All Modern brand- opened in Lynnfield MA with full Omnichannel abilities and no checkout issues. -

As Director, I had Global responsibility for all Technology Platforms in the eCommerce and Retail space, and was ultimately responsible for the roadmap of each. I led a team (~10) made up of mainly Product and Project Managers. I managed a global operating budget (~$3M without headcount), as well as various Portfolio Project budgets ($1M-$12M). I held relationships with various System Integrator Partners and managed all related Statements of Work.During this time I was asked to lead the implementation of a new eCommerce ecosystem, as Converse decided to leave the Nike, Inc. platform. I stood up a new eCommerce Product team that had not previously existed previously and acted as Program Director for the implementation. -
