Due to the high demand for evening dining during the summer months, I created a space that was relaxing and unique. Once opened, I started getting request for dinner parties and events, so I capitalised on this and created bespoke menu’s at various prices points. Customer service was paramount, so based on their preferences I would organise the entire evening, music selection, wine that complimented each course, which cocktail to greet guests with and the overall appearance and vibe of the space.

• Performing daily and monthly Client Money reconciliations in accordance with Client Money Rules.• Preparation and submission of the monthly Client Money and Asset Return to the FCA.• Daily monitoring of client deposits into the Company's client bank accounts and processing of client fund withdrawal requests.• Upkeep of other daily and weekly controls including reconciliations of the Company's card payment systems.• Liaising with the Company's banks in order to resolve debit and credit queries on an ad hoc basis.• Daily upkeep of bank records for all Company client bank accounts in various currencies.
