My main responsibility revolves around assisting the company owner. I manage their email and social media accounts, create graphic designs for postings, assist walk-in customers with inquiries, handle file management tasks, and perform basic bookkeeping to track expenses. As an all-around Executive Assistant (EA), I also handle various other responsibilities as needed.

My main role involved regularly visiting clients, conducting email marketing and telemarketing, offering products, closing project deals, increasing monthly sales from 300 thousand to over 900 thousand, and maintaining good customer relationships. Inside the office, I prepared quotations, responded to client inquiries and concerns, attended weekly sales status meetings, created monthly PowerPoint presentations, and monitored sales.

My main role was to manage inventory levels and audit actual stocks, perform data entry, create sales invoices and delivery receipts, generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, monitor inventory using MS Excel, call clients for payments and collections, and process company legal documents (Mayor’s Permit, BIR Permit, etc.).

Assigned to handle daily phone calls, assist customer and agent inquiries, analyze weekly sales trends using Excel and PowerPoint, monitor sales, manage data, send and receive 50+ emails daily, conduct email marketing, take meeting minutes, and process weekly office budgets.

My primary responsibility was to promote products through email marketing and telemarketing efforts. This involved creating and executing email marketing campaigns, crafting marketing materials, and engaging in both warm and cold calling to potential clients. For designing the email marketing materials, I utilized tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to create visually appealing and effective content.
