With over 16 years of experience in non-profit management, start-ups, and education, I am a strategic recruiter and leader who specializes in maritime, oil/gas, IT, renewable energy, engineering, values-based business and second-chance staffing sectors. I currently work as the Executive Director of The Rise Initiative at Core Group Resources, a consultancy with over 12 years of experience in executive search, contingency search, contracting, project staffing, and fair-chance hiring programs.In my current role, I lead our nonprofit focused on serving second-chance and other underemployed candidates in partnership with Houston-area nonprofits.
