Propylon infotech services basically works on the content management system which converts documents from HTML to XML, XML to XML.Here I am responsible for the content conversion of the AICPA and GASB content. Where I get input in xml format and convert it to xml with another schema. I also have to check converted xml files against schema and correct file as per schema if required. At last, I upload this new xml files on the zippy (zope) server which is the place where the output content can be viewed and also I do testing of the uploaded content. We call this complete process as conversion process and to successfully convert files, I require to write python scripts frequently.Technologies which I currently work on are Python, Linux, XML, HTML, Jenkins job, zope server. I work on the Linux platform all the time where I need to use various Linux commands and open source tools like kiki(for regular expression), meld(document comparison) , diffuse etc.Along with conversion process, I also deal with the issues related to content that I have uploaded on zope server.For that I use JIRA for tracking of project and issues.This also includes Analysis of issues in details and finding and implementing solutions using python scripts.Here I am also responsible for website testing using selenium IDE.
