Perform daily day-to-day HR Tasks, Paperwork, and documentation.Conducts or acquires background checks. • Enter and maintain employment data into a Human Resource database.• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, Safety training, and development.Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.• Interviewed potential hires, negotiated salaries and benefits, and performed reference checks• Developed and implemented onboarding and orientation programs for new employeesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.• Conducting competency-based interviews through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.• Improved office efficiency by effectively managing internal communications and correspondence.Oversees, facilitates and manages various organizational programs, including the annual function. Other Responsibilities:• Responsible for handling paperwork for US candidates destined for clients such as Amtrak, NFCU, and CACI.• Request candidates to provide necessary documents via TRESORIT.• Create official email addresses.• Upload candidate information using the HRIS tool TRINET.• Handle documentation for domestic client capgemini• Share offer letter request documents to initiate paperwork.• Provide required documents to the BGV Team for UAN and BGV reports.• Follow up regularly with the BGV team to address issues or errors from the client's side regarding reports and correct them accordingly.• Create a comprehensive onboarding documents package and share it with clients.• Follow up with candidates regarding timesheet submissions on a weekly basis.
