My role was to take a conceptual view of how the processes could be deployed and turn it into reality so that the consulting team could manage the production environments of EMC's customers.I designed the process layouts, definitions, actors and a revised pricing model to enable the services to be sold in many combinations.

As a freelance consultant and writer, I was able to mix two strong knowledge areas.
