- Leading a team of 30-60 engineers and responsible for successful delivery from schedule, budget, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction and internal team's growth perspective- Responsible for generating 10% of the organization revenue in account management role- Project and Program Management, Engineering Delivery and Execution, Business generation through cross-selling in existing accounts and by enabling sales team with engineering consultation for new accounts- Converting Business problems/Requirements into Engineering Solution, Proposal Preparation and walk through/presentation to convert the requirements into tangible engineering project/product

- Architect and lead projects on eInfochips Intellectual properties and products- Spotted and won 9 Major Logo MNC accounts which scaled the annual sustainable revenue base 5 times in 3 years- Growth of the existing accounts by leveraging engineering best practices and expertise of eInfochips products & specialized technology- Identify solutions for customer's business and technical needs, prepare solution architecture, technical and commercial proposals/SOW and provide engineering consultation to the onsite and offshore teams for successful execution- Liaise with cross functional teams (Executive Leadership, Engineering, Sales, legal, HR, Marketing and Third Party Partners) and customer relationship management (Engineering and business) to drive the customer satisfaction and revenue goals for organization- Establish best practices and framework for organization- Setup two engineering design centers (North-East USA and Canada) for business expansion from new geography for existing customer
