Support the organization through change transformation and ensure continued employee engagement and productivity.Identifying the requirements with Functional heads and business unit heads . Deliver full recruitment services, including needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, employee offers, and on boarding. Creating Job descreptions. Vendor management and negotiations.Reference Checks and Background verification.Interact with the new hires and facilitate smooth transition & assimilation into the organization.Issue of appointment letters, orientation, induction and training of new joinees.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across business units.
