HR strategies, policies, and practices.- Engaging with leaders-Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objectiveinvestigations.-Provides day to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling,career development, disciplinary actions).-Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.-Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increaseproductivity and retention.- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies-Exposure on attrition management, retention initiatives

Provide support to HR to enable the effective application of the people management and on-boarding servicesSPOC (Single Point of Contact) for consultants.Roll-in and Roll-out the updates.Work collaboratively with consultants and resolve the problems by addressing them on timely manner.Maintaining good employee relations resulting in referrals.Employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling & attritions management.Issuing Offer Letters and collecting I20’s on the company.Providing I983 for STEM extensions and signing the evaluation page when the consultant requests.Issuing Vacation letters and Employment verification letters on the request.Coordinating with the Accounts team and handling the State tax related activities(Unemployment and Withholding accounts).Assist consultants in creating ADP login credentials for the first time.Zero down the attrition rate by coordinating to redeploy in new assignments on contingent basis .Constant communication with the employees through emails & calls. Escalate the concerns or issues faced by employees to the management.Assisting the team and consultants in Background check process.Working closely with business teams for Contracts and SOW’s.Working with insurance agents for all related commercial and Health Insurances.
