Advised on design, planning and execution for cluster related projects in India.

Spearheaded 2 cohorts of the Fellows Program and was responsible for developing a community of young, global and cross-disciplinary innovators and entrepreneurs and providing them with the support, funding, and mentorship necessary to amplify their impact. It involves a series of internal and external strategies for fundraising, mentoring and publicity opportunities for the Fellows and also a platform to showcase them. Liaised with industry partners such as Tata Trusts Foundation, Mytrah Energy to manage end to end implementation of collaborative programs and also to enhance brand awareness.

Incubated and spearheaded diverse youth initiative programs across partners such as Manipal University, Dell, Google, and youth events such as INK Live in association with Radio One, while conducting workshops/events in maker-space to help and nurture next-gen entrepreneurs across 50 universities in India.

Key Accomplishments:•Developed proposals and recommendations to drive process improvement decisions as part of Continual Service Improvement.• Identified opportunities for standardization and improvement of processes, policies.• Was responsible in acquiring the contract for several ITSM projects namely Chevron Managed services, Rockwell Collins, General Motors.• Identified, defined, and monitored important processes, Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and activity metrics for projects.• Proficient in managing, motivating and leading client teams for delivering successful implementations with proven ability to achieve Service Delivery/Process Targets.• Have led and challenged the customers in requirements gathering to be in line with the solution architecture.

As an ITSM /Remedy Consultant, I was responsible for seamless Release into the production environment in accordance with ITIL Principles and guidelines following proper Release and Change Management Process. Was instrumental in planning and execution of Incident, Problem and Change Management and Server monitoring for clients like Tata sky and Warner Bros.
