Provides support to the Contract Management (CM) team or directly to the Client Engagement team to enable the administration of government, international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation

• Responsible for handling complex orders & coordinating with Vendors such as Amazon & e-Bay.• Also handling Customer queries (through Phone & email) & assist them with the order status.• Preparing weekly reports for the Order Management Team.• Also responsible for listing all the 20north products on e-Bay & Amazon websites.• Managing the teams (3 Order Management Executive) performance
