I didn’t start my career aiming to become a thought leadership practitioner, but here we are!As a key contributor to one of the country's pioneering organisations that provides MarTech and Generative AI services, I had the privilege of spearheading the development of the company’s thought leadership practice. Working closely with my CEO, I ideate and collaborate to position both him and the organisation as industry thought leaders. I achieve this by crafting, aligning, and scaling our ideas, insights, and expertise through research, content development, and strategic social media initiatives. I leverage my past experience working in a Diplomatic Mission and a leadership enablement organisation to build practices that increase visibility and build trust. With over 19 years of experience, a dozen of which were spent managing cross-functional teams, I am passionate about leadership, communication, team and people management. I love sharing my unique stories, experiences, and insights on these topics.
