I was one of the highest producing Resource Development Managers ("Recruiters") in the history of Modis. This included being the top ranked recruiter for the Laurel, MD office every year from 1998-2011. Consistently ranked in the top 5% of company RDMs nationally. During my tenure I filled well over 600 jobs (direct hire, temp-to-perm, and consulting) with variety of clients including Fortune 500 firms, mid market accounts, federal government integrators, and a start-up software company. Although my primary focus was as a senior recruiter, I also often acted in a dual role as Business Development Manager and handled the full life cycle of making a job placement. • Presented with Modis Resource Development Award every year since inception in 2002 through 2010.
