Analysis of the campaign profitabilityManagement of upsell&crossell and loyalty communication

Main responsibilities:• Communication management to B2C customer base• Design thinking approach to loyalty communication & campaign• Develoment of mix channels campaigns• Matching offers to dedicated campaigns/customer segments• Realizing campaigns co-created with e.g. Mastercard, VISA, HBO, Showmax, Eleven Sport• Designing, strategy building, and RTM campaign managing• Managing the process of migrating clients from prepaid to postpaid• Creation of campaigns plan• Monitoring the effectiveness of x-sell campaigns• Monetization and implementation of services and additional packages• Realization of revenue goals (130%)• Participating in many projects as for example new voice offer• Coordinating and working on up-sell campaign schedules to the base• Responsibilities similar to previous positions (please find below)

• Optimization of the customer base using ARPU• CRM System development and implementation of self-care improvements• Develop and implement a upsell and cross-sell campaign strategy• Management and building strategy for acquisition of marketing approvals• Commercialisation of VAS servives (WiFi Calling, Tidal, Internet security)• Project Manager using PCM/PPP (e.g. Implementation of the Unlimited LTE Internet service)• Developing marketing tools and services to support the company's revenue• Participation in the creation of commission systems• Coordination and operational work on solving UOKiK applications

• Planning and co-creating up-sell campaign concepts, to build customer satisfaction in his life cycle.• Defining target groups and segments for the client base value creation• Selection of the most effective channels for the communication and campaigns• Evolving educational campaigns for supporting customer development• Monitoring the effectiveness of the campaign• Collaborate closely on BTL materials for the marketing operations
