- Analyze business requirements - Design, develop test cases and define business scenarios. Possibly develop test plans on a website or an application on mobile.- Execute test, log bugs on Jira and create a test report - Communicate with dev to verify the bug and track the bug until it is totally fixed - Coordinate and communicate testing timelines to the Project Manager or Test Lead

- Consult and analyze requirements from the customer in term of Medical - Create a specification requirement, prototype, mockup and discuss directly with the team to identify and verify all right from the beginning before coding - Manage and consolidate all tasks, issue on Redmine - Mentor and provide support to junior team members - Do testing estimation, strategy plan - Review test case, test scenario, UAT before launching a product

- IT Support/ Help Desk Support customer on the phone or via emailabout using the system in both English and Chinese.- Collect, Analyze Requirements given by System Analyst.Collaborate with Developer to develop Detailed Requirements- Create Test Plan/ Design test case / Write test scenario.- Write User Manual.- Execute tests and report to Team Lead
