As Peraton's AI and Autonomy Principal, I lead the team that is developing the corporate strategy for algorithmic operations, artificial intelligence and autonomy technologies and their infusion into Peraton mission capabilities.As Peraton's INDOPACOM Principal Technologist, I lead the maturation and transition of multi-domain technologies for Peraton's Indo-Pacific customers.

As Principal Technologist for Advanced Technologies in Advanced Development Programs, I was responsible for the maturation of robotic, autonomous and artificial intelligence strategy and technologies. The focus was on software frameworks and applications, and the delivery of robotic systems to Blue Origin programs. I matured technology across the robots and AI stack, including sensing and perception, reasoning and planning, acting and execution, and manipulation and mobility.A key professional accomplishment at Blue Origin is the foundation of Space Robot Operating System (Space ROS) in collaboration with NASA and in coordination with Open Robotics.

As Chief Artificial Intelligence Architect on the Corporate AI Campaign, I built a team of architects responsible for formulating the corporate technical strategy for artificial intelligence, autonomy and robotics. As the corporation's voice for AI, I interfaced with key strategic national security customers and commercial and university partners. I collaborated with executive and technical leaders across the sectors to formulated an executable AI strategy. I briefed the CEO, CTO and Corporate Technology Council on strategic goals and recommendations. My counsel contributed to the award of several multi-billion dollar programs.

I founded and directed the Autonomous Intelligence and Robotics Laboratory and grew it to a team of twenty multi-disciplinary engineers. The laboratory was responsible for maturing technologies across the intelligent agent architecture, including perception, knowledge representation and reasoning, planning and decision making, and collaborative multi-robot systems. The AIR Lab generated over twenty trade secrets and was awarded several CRAD programs.
