My responsibilities are both for local marketing (generation of and response to interest) and national marketing & awareness raising - publications, exhibitions and events.I oversaw the 2010-12 rebranding project, coordinating with agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Naomi House costs over £6 million per year to run, over 95% of which is raised through voluntary contributions. Researched and presented potential giving volume in Naomi House’s catchments area. Researched and presented 5-year fundraising strategy plan.

Established department of Fundraising and Marketing/PR as new venture for the school, including new website (responsible for content and design) and PR connections. The ESU is a nonprofit organization working in over 60 countries. After qualitative research, redesigned www.esuus.org with focus on donor involvement. Implemented online payment system, increasing gifts to ESU by 15%. Shared major donor relations responsibility with Development Director.

EPI is an outdoor advertising and street furniture company owned by JCDecaux, France and Affichage, Switzerland, with subsidiary offices in eleven Eastern European countries. Created and implemented new corporate identity for eleven countries. Prepared and calculated implementation of a large IT project: consolidating all IT for subsidiaries in 11 countries in one server-based solution hosted at JCDecaux HQ. Managed relations, order handling, information distribution to eleven countries.

Siemens serves Austria's mobile phone carriers; ca. 500 employees. Shared responsibility with a technician for a project worth EUR 320,000 (half for implementation, the other half annual maintenance contracts), dealing with the nationwide implementation of a monitoring system to the country's second-largest mobile phone provider. Calculated and negotiated contracts (implementation and maintenance).
