I'm currently Operations Director at Cite, having previously worked for 15 years in client services across a number of different creative, digital and full-service agencies, predominately in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.My role is focused on making sure Cite is delivering services in the most efficient and profitable way possible. I am the link between new business, delivery and client servicing, and people (current, and future). I'm part of a team of 20 people at Cite and work closely with our two founders, other Senior Management Team members and the wider studio to ensure we're all working together efficiently.The specifics of my role include; - financial reporting and forecasting- providing management information (such as utilisation and realisation) to enable us to make decisions on resourcing, recruitment and account structure- overseeing processes and tools we use in the agency- developing and implementing an onboarding process for new staff- facilitating our 1-2-1 process and ensuring training and development needs are met- continuing to research and develop ideas on how we can improve our processes and operations to meet our business goals
